BROKER SOLUTIONS
Activ8 Benefits Consulting, LLC was established in May 2015 by Voluntary Benefits professional, Holly Overdyke. Holly began her employee benefits career with Unum in 2004, specializing first in Voluntary Benefits and Individual Disability insurance before her role expanded to include Group Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Life, and Long Term Care insurance. After an 11 year career with Unum, she pursued an entrepreneurial opportunity that would allow her to more strategically assist in her clients’ ability to capitalize on their revenue potential.
Activ8 Benefits was launched with a mission to bring valuable, unique, and dedicated Voluntary Benefits expertise to insurance brokers, financial planners, and other employee benefits consulting companies. Our procurement services include Voluntary Benefits carrier and product evaluation, assistance with the development of employee communication and enrollment strategies, as well as the navigation of technology platform needs and capabilities.
Developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with our clients is the primary focus of Activ8 Benefits. Our relationships are built on trust, integrity, confidence, and professionalism.
