Year over year, all other benefits inevitably take less precedence, and are often bumped down the priority list of corporate initiatives. Broker/Consultant Request For Proposal

We will assist in sourcing available firms, creating a short list of firms you may wish to work with. Next we’ll either request a formal Request For Proposal (RFP) or we’ll work with you if simply wish to evaluate partners through in-person broker capability presentations, skipping the often lengthy written RFP responses. Finally, we’ll document the findings and help you determine the right partner for you and your company.

In-depth Non-medical BENEFITS review

Working with you, your C-suite and/or your HR team, we’ll define your goals as well as your budget, then review your current total benefits reward package. We’ll determine where enhancements can be made, find the right partner(s), implement the program(s), help you successfully communicate the enhancements to your existing employees as well as promote your new benefits package during the on-boarding process. Lastly, we’ll help support the program(s) throughout the year, not simply before or during open enrollment.
