Holly Overdyke is Founder and President of Activ8 Benefits Consulting, where her projects have spanned virtually all domains of employee benefits brokerage, benefits plan design and communication distribution, Human Resources support, and Human Capital Management technology platforms. Her clients span a broad range of industries, size, and geographic locations. Holly has more than 15 years of employee benefits management experience.
Ms. Overdyke launched Activ8 Benefits Consulting in April 2015 with a vision to be an innovative, new-age employee benefits consultant committed to enhancing the overall employee benefits experience. As an educator by training, she demands creativity in a stagnant and status-quo industry. Her passion for engaging and educating organizations (employers and employees) about maximizing their benefits package affords her the reputation of being a subject matter expert when it comes to consulting employers on their benefits options. She provides her clients with a holistic Total Rewards package evaluation as well as a customized employee engagement blueprint and roadmap for employers large and small. Holly was previously a Senior Account Executive with Unum where she was responsible for business development, account management and strategic consulting. Holly also serves as Sponsorship Chair for the Worldwide Employee Benefits organization’s Atlanta Chapter.
Early on, Holly received a Bachelor’s of Science in Secondary Education from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. She is Benefits Technology Certified by the National Association of Health Underwriters and is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management.
