Activ8 Benefits is a highly specialized brokerage consulting firm focused on and committed to continuously maintaining a pulse on the continuous evolution of non-Medical employee benefits programs, often referred to as enhanced, supplemental, voluntary, and/or ancillary benefits.

Our goal is to create a paradigm shift in the way that traditional benefits broker/consultants and employers approach, distribute, and manage their Total Rewards package.  We are employee benefits communication and engagement architects committed to maximizing employee recruitment.

Activ8 Benefits Consulting, LLC was established in May 2015 by voluntary benefits professional, Holly Overdyke.  Holly began her employee benefits career with Unum in 2004, specializing first in Voluntary Benefits and Individual Disability insurance before her role expanded to include Group Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Life, and Long Term Care insurance.  After an 11 year career with Unum, she pursued an entrepreneurial opportunity that would allow her to more strategically assist in her clients’ ability to capitalize on their revenue potential.

Activ8 Benefits Consulting was launched with a mission to bring valuable, unique, and dedicated Voluntary Benefits expertise to insurance brokers, financial planners, and other employee benefits consulting companies.  Our procurement services include Voluntary Benefits carrier and product evaluation, assistance with the development of employee communication and enrollment strategies, as well as the navigation of technology platform needs and capabilities.

Developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with our clients is the primary focus of Activ8 Benefits.  Our relationships are built on trust, integrity, confidence, and professionalism.
